Weird Al in Two Beats – Week 1

I was sitting in my car a few weeks ago skipping through my Weird Al library, and I realized I could identify virtually every song within the first few beats. So, I wondered if anyone else could do the same.

Here are the rules: each week, I will post a super-brief snippet of a Weird Al song (approximately two beats, well within fair use limits). Usually it will be from the beginning of the song, but not always… See if you can figure out what song it is (without cheating!) and leave a comment saying whether you were successful.  Bonus points if you know the name of the song, not just the first line 🙂

Let’s try an example. This one’s easy:

You listen to the snippet, and you realize, hey, this is Ode to a Superhero! Use the comment section below to gloat in front of everyone else about how good your memory is.
